YSL facility is designed and equipped to be compliant with the National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities (NAPRA) Model Standards for Pharmacy Compounding of Non-hazardous and hazardous Sterile Preparations to ensure preparation quality and safety.
We built our infusion preparation and ISO 9000 compounding facility in London to meet the highest clinical standards, achieving several ISO accreditations, including intravenous infusion preparation and clinical pharmaceutical compounding. We hold all licenses and certifications required to process sterile medications in Ontario and distribute only the safest, highest-quality infusions and products within our region.

Our team of highly trained licensed clinical pharmacists have specific and unique education and training in drug product admixtures and administration techniques, equipment operation and maintenance, patient monitoring, and patient and family education required for home infusion pharmacy practice and management. Our Sterile Compounding Supervisor and pharmacy technicians are registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP), trained, and certified in sterile compounding per NAPRA and OCP standards.
For our delivery fleet, we have a team of experienced drivers who deliver to all of Southwestern Ontario! Our courteous and professional customer service representatives support our clients and other stakeholders resolving concerns, answering questions and re-directing to the appropriate department as required to ensure a great customer experience.
