Our Goals

At Yurek, we believe that our customers' satisfaction is the truest measure of success. We want to ensure we continue to build upon the legacy of quality, service, and excellence that has been the Yurek foundation for over 50 years --- and will continue to be for the next 50 years and beyond.

To do so, we strive every day to live up to the following goals:

  • All departments will have properly trained staff on hand from 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday to handle customer inquiries
  • All orders will be delivered within 4 hours; if not, the client will be notified
  • A pharmacist will provide customer counselling for 100% of new prescriptions
  • All customer insurance claims will be forwarded within 3 days of delivery
  • All prescriptions will be filled within 10 minutes. If, for whatever reason, this is not possible, then the patient will be notified immediately upon presentation of the prescription
  • Every month, distribute a customer-satisfaction survey (to different customer segments) and to receive a minimum 95% approval rating
  • To have no complaints about the wrong product being delivered
  • To have no complaints about approved special-delivery requests
  • To have no packaging errors on pill-packed medications
  • To have no product returns caused by faulty product or service delivery

We know these are lofty goals, but we believe that you -- our valued customer -- deserve no less! If you have any questions about our goals, please contact us at your convenience.

There has been a great deal of publicity lately around methadone and methadone clinics.  When you are at your local pharmacy, you may see a client drinking a cup of orange juice; they politely say “thank you” and leave.  Not unlike a scene outside Port Stanley’s landmark, Mackie’s, in the summer.
