Keeping Our Four-Legged Companions Healthy

While the majority of our pharmacists' work is focused on treating the two-legged members of our community, our team is also licensed for veterinary compounding -- the process of creating custom dosage options for the treatment of animals.

From the smallest house cat to larger-stock animals, our team is adept at providing you with the medication you need in the dosage form that's best suited for your four-legged patient.

We know that animals aren't always the easiest patients to deal with, and oral delivery of medication can be a challenge. We can work with you to find a delivery method that's the least-stressful option for both you and your pet. Options include:

  • Creams
  • Ointments
  • Transdermal gels (delivered through the ear)
  • Chewable, flavoured animal treats
  • Suppositories
  • Lotions
  • Capsules

We are happy to work with you and your veterinarian to produce the solution that best meets your needs. Contact us for more information.

I did it. I am now back on phase one of the Ideal Protein Protocol. It was mentally hard getting back on the program, especially since I am doing it alone now. Yep, as I thought, Cody has decided he has lost enough weight and did not go back on phase one after the Christmas break as planned.

Our planned two weeks off the weight loss program has come to an end. Paula and I went to visit her family in Winnipeg for Christmas, which was extremely fun. I always enjoy visiting her family and the whole Winnipeg atmosphere.
