Let me start off by saying that this week had its ups and downs! Wow! I went back to my old ways and had to have Cody hide the scale. Yep, the bad habit of weighing myself everyday because…well…I cheated. Valentine’s Day got me.
Lack of adequate sleep is becoming a global epidemic.
Magic! Yep that’s right, I did manage to hit that magic number this week! Not only did I hit it, I exceeded it! Not by much, but I did. If you’re confused as to what I’m talking about, check out last week’s post. I’m now less than ten pounds away from my goal.
Well, this week was a little better. Yayy! I’m so excited to tell you that I lost another two pounds which brings my total up to 38 lbs in only four months. Not bad, not bad at all! I am starting to get into old habits though. I might have weighed myself more than once this week…bad Paula!
