Ahhhhhh…phase three! Finally! Bread, how I’ve missed you! Phase three is probably the trickiest phase out of the whole program. Why? Well, you’re introducing more carbs back into your diet and that means you really need to pay attention to what is going into your body.
I am writing this post late on a Sunday knowing that in less than 12 hours I will have eaten bread! That’s right, phase three starts tomorrow. I am so beyond excited. Not only am I excited to eat bread, but I am excited to have met my goal. That’s right.
Well folks! I did it! I’ve reached phase two! Can I ever see the light at the end of the tunnel now! I started phase two at the beginning of the week and has it ever been a change. I shouldn’t be so startled by this change as I’ve gone through it before (as I phased off for Christmas Break).
